Key Relationships (Internal – Superior, Peer. External to the Organization):

• Report to Production Supervisor
• Peers: Production team leaders, Quality technicians, Maintenance technicians
• Subordinates: Machine Operators, Labour
  Person Specifications:
  Education:
• Minimum secondary education
• Food safety certification
  Language:
• Proficient in English
• Arabic (Added Value), Asian languages (e.g. Hindi/Urdu)
  Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of food manufacturing (preferably meat) team leader experience
